Last update 25 March, 2011
The new flights are scheduled to run on Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays and will add to their current 17 weekly flights from Paris to Mexico.
The launch of flights to Cancun illustrates Air France-KLM's desire to continue its development strategy in Mexico and Latin America by offering customers close to 30 weekly flights from Paris or Amsterdam to Mexico," said Patrick Roux, senior vice president of Air France-KLM for the Americas.
Announced yesterday, Air France will begin offering three weekly flights from Paris-Charles de Gaulle airport to Cancun, Mexico starting on October 21. "The launch of flights to Cancun illustrates Air France-KLM's desire to continue its development strategy in Mexico and Latin America by offering customers close to 30 weekly flights from Paris or Amsterdam to Mexico," said Patrick Roux, senior vice president of Air France-KLM for the Americas. Located on the scenic southeastern Caribbean coast of Mexico, Cancun boasts fabulous amenities, a modern infrastructure and unparalleled natural beauty, making it one of the most popular travel destinations in the world. It is also a growing conference centre for international corporations, thanks to the luxurious and affordable facilities that can be found throughout Cancun real estate.
Other flights that are currently being offered from Paris to Mexico include service to Mexico City's Benito Juarez International Airport, which is Latin America's largest and serves more than 30 million people annually. Other options include direct flights to Acapulco, Aguascallientes, Chihuahua, Ciudad Juarez, Culiacan, Durango, Guadalajara, Hermosillo, Merida, Puerto Vallarta, San Jose Cabo, Tijuana and Veracruz.
